Gina Lawton (Board Member)

Screen Shot 2019-09-03 at 12.19.08 PMGina Lawton is a Healthcare administrator with over 20 years of experience in the medical and dental field, where she oversaw and managed private practices and executive offices. Gina worked for the NYC Health and Hospital Corporation for public hospitals such as Kings County Hospital and Harlem
Hospital providing ongoing exemplary administrative support to senior-level management hospital-wide. While working at the historic Harlem Hospital Center she oversaw the coordination of corporate fundraising events with Governmental agencies and local and state politicians. Gina served as a liaison for donors including Harlem Haberdashery, #Take Care of Harlem and the NBA Wives which these donors donated money for services, equipment, and programs for Ambulatory Care Clinic, Pediatrics and the Pediatric NICU Departments.
Gina was also responsible for curating and managing multiple art installations and exhibits throughout many ambulatory care clinics and hospital administrative departments where her work still remains on display. She has also acted as the historical guide for the WPA Murals and other artists showcasing in the historical Harlem Hospital Mural Pavilion.
Gina proudly served in the United States Army and Army Reserves for 12 years as an Automated Logistics Specialist and Weight Control N.C.O.I.C where she kept a unit of 206 soldiers in compliance with Army standards. She is currently completing her degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Education.
